These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of craftlinedigital.co.uk and any services purchased from Craftline Digital, operated under H Ali Logistics Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Craftline Digital provides website design, development, and digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Landing Page design
  • Starter and full Business Website builds
  • SEO, social media setup, and paid advertising management
  • Website audits and technical setup

Exact deliverables for each package are described on our Pricing/Packages page at the time of purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront for the Landing Page package (£90).
  • For all other packages, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final files or site access are handed over.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated at any time; the price at the time of purchase applies to your order.

3. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided for each package and begin once we have received all necessary information, content, and assets from you. Delays in providing required materials may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds, as listed on the Pricing/Packages page. Additional revisions beyond this may be chargeable at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos) required to complete your project. We are not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete information.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any third-party assets (stock images, plugins, themes) used remain subject to their original licensing terms.

8. Ongoing Services

For packages including ongoing SEO/marketing management, services continue for the period stated in the package description. Continuation beyond this period requires a new agreement or subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or marketing results, as these depend on factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate a project if a client is abusive, requests unlawful work, or fails to make agreed payments. Any deposit paid remains non-refundable in such cases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
